About us

With a background in a reconnaissance unit, 30 years as a firefighter, and structural engineering expertise, Martijn understands how to gain entry and why things fail. That's why he has supported training for intervention units for years. They attended one training session; he observed dozens. Now he knows better than anyone how to make every unit even better.

Master – Train the trainers

Training 03

To deliver training, you need to know everything about the craft, including how every material, tool, and barrier is constructed.

Whats included:

Often five-day setup, custom options available

Disassembling equipment to understand how it works

Scenario design - how to build in realistic pressure

this is Where we make the difference

01

Where others sell the equipment with a training course included, we sell the training and know all the equipment—brand independent.

02

Materials that have been used in fire services for years

03

Realistic breaching with real resistance. Real doors, real pressure, real failures

04

Making mistakes visible under pressure, so they don't happen operationally

05

Scenarios based on real failures, near-misses, and operational cases

what others say

"No student treatment with Martijn. Only hard feedback on what we're doing wrong. Exactly what we need to get that last 5%."

During… …… fell off; the team didn't switch to a pre-arranged backup. We worked that out in three runs. In practice, that can save lives.

Frequently asked questions

Click to show intel
  • Who are these training programs designed for?

For special operations teams already operating at a high level. DSI, MARSOF, FIOD, Corps Commando Troops, BSB, Marines. Units that know the doctrine and want to achieve that final 5% in breaching.

  • What makes your training different from others?

Others sell the equipment with a training course included. We sell training and know all the equipment. Independent of brands, knowledge of all systems. One consequence is that we use real doors, not cardboard. Our goal is a successful training session, not successful breaching due to the materials.

  • Can you provide customized solutions?

Yes. We always start with an intake conversation. What weaknesses do you see? Which scenarios are relevant to your operations? From there, we build the training. We facilitate everything: location, materials, role players, training.

  • What is your background?

Martijn has worked with breaching equipment in the fire service since 1996, served in reconnaissance unit Seedorf, and has provided training support to all intervention units in the Netherlands for 15-20 years. Structural engineering background. Network of specialists for every scenario. We facilitate—that's where our strength lies.
